My sculpture varies in medium from soapstone and wood carving to metal sculpture. Although I design useful items as well, I enjoy designing my own abstract ideas that represent aspects of nature, the growth in us as humans and the world around us.

Take Hwy. 22 north of Rocky to Hwy. 12. East on Hwy. 12 approx. 9 km to Bingley Rd. North on Bingley Rd for 1/2 mile. Look for yellow coloured house on west side.

Drawing since the age of four really develops the eye. However, consistent artwork did not come until after the separation of my parents at age eight. By twelve, I moved with my father back on the farm. Work ethic was definitely instilled in me and the space to create  became available. Although I had space and talent I did not have support from my family. By fourteen I knew I wanted to be an artist, my father, however, did not agree. His exact words were, "If you think i'm going to help you be an artist you have another think coming". After graduating in Rocky Mountain House I got my first oilfield job and planned to travel to Norway where my ancestry began on my fathers side.
