My career now encompasses three areas of craft/art: studio furniture and find woodworking, bent willow furniture and bronze casting. The theme of my studio furniture uses common everyday objects which are transformed into furniture.

Go west on 53 Ave. until you come to 56 Street, turn right until you come to my house at 5339.

My career encompasses three areas of crafts/art; studio furniture and fine woodworking, bent willow furniture and bronze casting.

The theme of my studio furniture uses common everyday objects and transforms them into furniture. Examples of this idea are the "Clothes Pin Coffee Table" and "Fire Hydrant" jewelry box.

From the courses at "summer Series", Red Deer College I have continued my fine woodworking interest in box making. Some of these boxes have been displayed in the following shows: "All About Alberta", "Going Green" and "Southern Alberta Woodworking Society Exhibition", 2008.

My bent willow pieces are derived from a historical interest in rustic works which are designed into contemporary home and garden furniture.
My bronze sculptures are cast from moulds that I make of my clay sculptures from the 70's and contemporary wood carvings. These carvings stem from unusual shapes of wood that I find in the wilderness and other places.
